固定收益基金,中国市场增长主力
惠誉评级(Fitch Ratings)表示,中国、马来西亚和泰国可能成为亚洲基金资产增长最快的市场。近年来,虽然中国市场蕴藏的潜力极大,但是其基金管理业的增长并不大,印度尼西亚、马来西亚以及泰国的管理资产年增长率 则达到两位数。原因很多。经历了5年的熊市,中国市场的关注点都放在了股票市场,固定收益市场一直发展不足,直到最近才开始有所起色。另外,银行发行的理 财产品以及资产管理公司、信托公司和证券公司之间激烈的竞争也导致了中国资产管理市场的迟缓发展。惠誉认为,随着中国股票市场的逐渐平稳,以及最近多项监管措施的出台,中国有望在接下来几年缩短与其他市场的差距。“据我们的观察,中国固定收益基金正在迅速发展,目前已达到中国管理基金资产总额的40%。”惠誉董事总经理Aymeric Poizot说,根据资产管理业的发展状况以及中产阶级人口的数量,东亚国家可以粗略地分为两类—香港、新加坡、台湾和韩国等发达市场以 及中国、印度尼西亚、马来西亚和泰国等新兴市场。总体来看,东亚的离岸管理资产总额为2兆美元(约合1.5兆欧元),主要在香港和新加坡,各国国内管理基 金资产总额1兆美元,另外还有以养老基金和主权财富基金为主的机构资产2.5兆美元(部分为非第三方管理)。根据《经济学人》信息部(the Economist Intelligence Unit)和波士顿咨询集团(Boston Consulting)提供的数据,亚洲的基金投资占其金融资产总额5%,西方市场相应数据为15%。在新加坡、香港、韩国以及台湾,国际提供商发行的基金可以直接销售—主要渠道包括银行分支机构、私人银行、理财公司或金融咨询公司。在马来西亚和泰国,离岸基金只能打包销售,而中国和印度尼西亚则不允许离岸基金销售。作为地区交易中心,香港和新加坡的离岸基金资产总额达2兆美元,其中主要为欧盟可转让证券集合投资协议(European UCITS)基金。到2012年,共有约6000只此类类基金在该地区注册销售。惠誉预计,东亚地区未来几年内,多资产和国际化基金交易量将增长,因为这些基金多元化能力更强。国内基金方面,固定收益 产品不受重视,2012年的交易量仍集中在债券和货币市场基金。这两类基金被认为与储蓄作用相似,因此一直是家庭金融投资的主要对象。但是,在中国,国际 基金可能不会成为主要增长点,因为中国资本市场,包括固定收益基金的未来发展规模将有能力提供足够的多元化产品。此部分完整报告–《东亚资产管理:增长点转移至国内市场》—请登陆www.fitchratings.com作者: Richard Newell
